What's involved?

Start every Thursday off in the best way possible and receive personalised support on your journey to inner calm!

  • Six Meditation Sessions: Each week, you'll participate in a live, guided, 7.00am meditation session that focuses on different aspects of mindfulness and relaxation. These sessions are tailored to help you develop a strong, sustainable meditation practice that you can integrate into your daily life.​

  • Individual Check-Ins: Throughout the course, you'll have the opportunity for a 1-1 personal check-in to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and receive tailored advice. These one-on-one interactions ensure that you’re supported every step of the way.

  • Guided Relaxation Recordings: To help you unwind anytime, anywhere, you’ll receive a series of guided relaxation recordings. These can be used between sessions to reinforce your practice and provide immediate stress relief when you need it most.

  • 20 Practical Worksheets: You'll gain access to a collection of 20 worksheets designed to support your mindfulness journey. These worksheets incorporate techniques from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and self-love practices, giving you practical tools to apply in your everyday life. Whether it's managing stress, enhancing self-awareness, or cultivating self-compassion, these resources will be an invaluable part of your journey.

  • A Supportive Community: You'll join a group of like-minded individuals, all working towards the common goal of finding balance and peace. The sense of community and shared experience adds an extra layer of support and motivation as you progress through the course.
